ASOS...good or bad?

Asos is a store I love to death there's always brilliant finds on there and I cans sit and browse that website for hours but when it comes to the delivery part etc I always have problems! I ordered a new fur coat near Christmas (i blogged about it in a previous post). I waited and waited for it to be dispatched and nothing happened even though the money had been took out of my account. The size I requested had apparently sold out but during those 2 weeks i had seen that the item was still there as I kept going back to look at the coat like a crazy person, I love it that much! Now what i don't understand is before they cancel the transaction and send you the refund why don't they see if you would prefer to switch to another size that may be in stock because i would have got the size down so i sent an email to them asking them whether they could stop the refund and send me the smaller size as by the time the refund would have gone through the smaller size may have sold out..waited and NO REPLY!!..which is not very good customer service if you ask me! A few days later the coat i wanted was featured on the homepage so i clicked on it and every single size was in stock!! never felt anger like it, why couldn't they have waited and just sent me an email saying this item is not in stock yet but will be sent out when the item is back in. So i ended up with no fur coat and wasted the £75 on nothing when i got it back!
A similar thing happened when i ordered some wedges from asos i seem them on someones blog and had to have them as they were in the sale so it was a bargain especially with the 20% student discount. I received these and was quite disappointed with the quality, they had bits of glue stuck on the suede fabric and just overall didn't look very clean. After trying them on, I was again disappointed as they didn't fit, now I am a size 7 in all footwear usually but these were impossible to zip up, oh well i decided i would return them and get the size 8 and stated this on the return sheet. I received an email from them a week or so later saying thank you for requesting a refund for the item this refund will be placed in your account over the next 3-5 days..WHAT?! i never requested a refund so i missed out the lovely shoes as well..i am not a happy bunny!

Now today i went on the website and ordered some asos collection nude.pink wedges that i have been lusting after since they appeared on the website and they were in the sale from £120 to £38 and only had a size 7 in stock so i ordered them straight away with the added 20% student discount they ended up costing £28.80. Now I'm quite apprehensive as of whether I'll actually receive these shoes and if they will even fit. I checked the link again and they now say out of stock so I'm not sure if that's because i bought them or will i receive an email telling me they don't have any left, the reduced price on the web-page now also says they were reduced to £78, which was not the price about 10 minutes ago when i ordered them. This website has been annoying me lately! I hope I get the shoes but I'm not holding me breath, all I will say is they better not take that money out of my bank if they don't intend to send me them, I can use the money for other things!! rant over lol :)
here's a picture of the shoes I ordered :)
